Alpacas have very soft, warm and durable fiber. Their fleece is great for making sweaters, blankets, jackets, and more...
The community business owner shared knowledge about shearing, weaving, alpapacs fiber, and innovative materials
Hypoallergenic: Unlike sheep wool, alpaca fiber lacks lanolin, making it suitable for people with wool allergies.
Warmth and Lightness: Alpaca fibers are hollow, providing superior insulation without being heavy.
Durability: Alpaca fabric is strong and long-lasting.
Softness: Alpaca fleece is as soft as, or softer than, cashmere.
Moisture-wicking: Alpaca fiber naturally repels water and moisture, making it ideal for outdoor clothing.
Roses and Plastic Bottles: Are innovative ways of turning natural resources (like rose stems) and waste materials (like plastic bottles) into usuable, sustainable yarn.
