Before January 6, 2024, the Youth Groups will meet to record and discuss their script scenario(s), create the Shot List, then film the shots and upload them to the database.

LET'S HAVE FUN WHILE LEARNING ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Students collaborate to make a short film/trailer and created the script scenarios

Online Event

NOV. 9TH - 6PM - 7:30 PM

and

NOV. 10TH - 6PM - 7:30 PM

Time Commitment After the Online Event: 2-3 hours, independently. Collaborating team members come together to visualize their script scenario through various mediums. For instance, depicting a polluted lake scene, the team can choose to draw, create a miniature set, i.e., kitchen sink, or find a real puddle with debris. These creations are uploaded to Google Workspace, where team members interested in video editing can join or observe the process online.

💡 Chris Raines, Student Minister, Guitarist, & Song Writer

Chris is a certified Neurofeedback Practitioner, specializing in assisting youth and teens who have faced childhood adversity. He also fulfills the role of Student Minister at Dorsett Shoals Baptist Church. Furthermore, he owns a small studio and record label where he has produced songs for himself and other bands, plays the guitar and writes songs. Currently, Chris is working towards a Doctorate from Liberty University, as he prepares for an expanded role in ministry.
