✅ You’re committed to building wealth within the local community your business serves
✅ You’re passionate about giving back and see coaching the next generation as part of your business legacy
✅ You value collaboration, accountability, and teamwork
✅ You’re community-driven and see entrepreneurship as a tool for impact
✅ If you're comfortable navigating ambiguity and open to unlearning (unschooling) outdated habits to embrace new ways of thinking
✅ You have the time — and the mindset — to be strategic, not just reactive.
✅ You’re motivated to learn and contribute to real-world business and community projects
✅ You can commit 3–5 hours per week to work on a ReachBack community initiative (for Youth Leaders)
