Our Theory of Change is rooted in collaboration—when communities work together, we create pathways for increased economic mobility for the next generation and local entrepreneurs.

We drive this change using an Asset-Based Community model, leveraging the strengths each community already has. By coordinating collaboration among undercapitalized grassroots nonprofits, solopreneurs, and micro-enterprises, we are strengthening our own communities and ensuring the next generation has the skills and tools they need to reach their potential—and pay it forward to uplift others.
