🔎 Youth Career Explore
Grades K-12, Ages 7-18
Starts in September - May of Each Year
Students Meet Weekly for 1-hour + 50 hours for community project outreach
Through hands-on learning, project-based activities, shadowing, and real-world experiences, students can lead community projects with peers, earn and manage money, explore in-demand careers, and earn industry-recognized credentials like Google Career Certificates to build their resumes early.
We train small Learning Pods—teams of 1–5 people committed to learning the ReachBack Way. Together, they help us bring each project to life and create impact for hundreds of individuals.
⭐ What Strategic Support Looks Like for Youth (K-12)
The Next Generation of Renaissance (NewGen-r) Coined by its founders, NewGen-r is a network of youth-led nonprofits powered by ReachBack’s strategic framework. Through eight months of intensive group pods, career coaching, and hands-on community engineering, these young leaders don't just "participate"—they build.

The Strategy in Action:
Asset Creation: Students move beyond theory to build professional portfolios in Google Workspace, creating digital battlecards, websites, and high-value social content.
Civic Engagement: A minimum of five hours of monthly outreach paired with a major legacy project ensures their leadership is tested in the real world.
Continuity of Leadership: For leaders like Autumn and Christian, the work is ongoing. They serve as Co-Founders and board members, raising capital and scaling the "YouthCircles" that fuel our community.
