1-Hour Impact Mentor's Role:

Your role is to act as a catalyst. Spend one hour sharing the real-world knowledge, career insights, and "hidden" expertise that only a professional in your field can provide.

The 60-Minute Session

We keep our sessions concise and high-impact to respect the time of our mentors and the focus of our leaders.

• Welcome: Students and the ReachBack team join the call.

• Introductions: Brief, intentional introductions to establish our professional circle.

• The Connection: An ice breaker designed to align the student’s career vision with the mentor’s expertise.

• The Insight: The Mentor leads an engaging discussion or visual presentation.

• The Q&A: A deep dive into specific student questions and project challenges.

• Closing: Time permitting, a final "open floor" for ReachBack team members, parents, or community guests to engage the mentor.
