✅ Is ReachBack Right for You?
We're here to help you turn strategy into momentum. Our program is designed for strategic builders—not for those who are great at diving in without a plan, lack bandwidth for long projects, or believe planning slows things down. Below you can find if you are a good fit for our ReachBack programs and projects.
✅ You’re a full-time entrepreneur — or have at least 20 hours per week to focus on your business
✅ You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have the bandwidth to stay engaged
✅ You’re committed to building wealth within the local community your business serves
✅ You’re passionate about giving back and see coaching the next generation as part of your business legacy
✅ You value collaboration, accountability, and teamwork
✅ You’re community-driven and see entrepreneurship as a tool for impact
✅ You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and open to unlearning (unschooling) outdated habits to embrace new ways of thinking
✅ You have the time — and the patient mindset — to be strategic, not just task doing.
✅ You’re motivated to learn and contribute to real-world business and community projects
✅ You can commit 3–5 hours per week to work on a ReachBack community initiative (for Youth Leaders)
✅ You’re coachable and yearn for long-term personal and professional growth
✅ Your parents or guardians are supportive of your ReachBack educational journey
✅ Your parents are open to participating in activities or even coaching you along the way
✅ You have a community-first mindset and enjoy working collaboratively
✅ You’re ready to think strategically and take action with purpose
🚫 Who Might Not Be a Fit for ReachBack
Our programs require focus, strategy, and a desire to grow through strategic planning while doing. If several of the following apply to you, ReachBack may not be the right fit at this time:
🚫 You find strategic thinking boring or unnecessary.
🚫 You’re not interested in building or engaging with your community.
🚫 Research and self-guided learning aren’t your strengths.
🚫  You’re drawn to entertainment more than challenge-based learning.
🚫 You avoid feedback or collaboration in favor of working alone.
🚫 You lose focus quickly or avoid long-term projects.
🚫 Big-picture planning doesn’t interest you.
🚫 You like to move fast, even if it means skipping key steps.
🚫 You don’t have a specific goal, problem, or project in mind.
🚫 You want inspiration, not implementation.
🚫 You prefer jumping into action without building a strong foundation.
🚫 You're more curious than committed — learning is fun, but you're not ready to apply it.
🚫 You expect immediate results and dislike iterative growth.
🚫 You're not interested in research and design work.
