America's entrepreneurship activity is at a 40-year low and many high school students whom we depend on to run future businesses need encouragement from established leaders to find their grit. So many young talented individuals are hidden in our local communities. Their talents have been ignored, investors find them too difficult to work with and leaders who can help them, can't see their value.

OUR SOLUTION
We intentionally design our projects to be comprehensive and long-term, providing participants with enriching education experiences.
Our mission is to eradicate the lack of entrepreneurship support in the local community.
Studies show a great number of entrepreneurs (69%) do not think the government cares.
With unparalleled entrepreneurship support, we empower the Community ChangeMakers, that's our youth, young adults, aspiring entrepreneurs, and the small business owners.
When our entrepreneurs win, our local communities strengthen with great social programs, jobs, philanthopy, and access to capital.
We help our beneficiaries win with a winning strategy by taking them on a "Journey of the Entrepreneurial Mindset", a ReachBack proprietary model.
